Listen to the famed New Orleans Storyville Stompers Brass Band. Put on your Mardi Gras beads and mask, grab a Hurricane (better than Pat O'Brien's) or champagne and head to the martini bar for your favorite martini cooled through an ice sculpture luge, or choose some other Mardi Gras favorites - Mint Juleps, Rainbow Fizzes, Ragin' Cajun cocktails or Tiffany's favorite, world famous Brazilian Caipirinhas, the certified drink of CARNIVALE goers. Naturally we will have the traditional premium cocktails at all four bars.

This year’s silent auction includes dinners, clothes, jewelry and many other items from some of Nantucket’s finest business establishments. Live auction items include yacht cruises, romantic getaways and Red Sox tickets.

The Bourbon Street tour continues. Mardi Gras means exotic and fabulous foods. Enjoy Louisiana jambalaya, red beans and rice, and save room for a piece of New Orleans’ favorite dessert, King Cake. Of course we will also have more traditional Nantucket fare as an alternative and delicious dietary foods and salads for those who want to save room for King Cake and other delicious desserts.

Dancing commences promptly at 9:00pm to Memories on Fire, one of South Florida's dance sensations.
